Joint venture company between the Soudal group of Belgium and the McCoy group of India

McCoy Soudal is a joint venture company between the Soudal group of Belgium and the McCoy group of India. It is one of the largest manufacturers of sealants, adhesives and polyurethane (PU) foams in the world, with seven manufacturing plants and operations spread in more than 30 countries and product availability in more than 120 countries. In the Indian market the sales network has been build up for more than a decade all across.

This joint venture is the first of its kind in the Indian Sub - continent with capabilities of manufacturing the widest range of Sealants from Silicones, Polyurethanes, MS Polymers, Acrylics, and Mastics to Adhesives for General Construction, Industrial & DIY Applications & Specialized Polyurethane Foams. This will be the largest and widest range of products available in the Indian Sub - continent under one roof: McCoy Soudal.

The company has commenced operations on 1st April 2010 and in the initial phase will import all the products from Soudal NV Belgium and their global subsidiaries whilst the manufacturing plant to be located in North India will commence operations on full scale by 2nd Quarter 2011.

The corporate head quarter of the Joint Venture will be in Okhla, New Delhi with branches and operations in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata & Guwahati. The company will employ over 60 highly experienced professionals in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Corporate Development, R&D, Finance & Administration, HR, Marketing Service, Supply Chain and Logistics.

McCoy Silicones Limited has now formed equal fifty fifty joint venture for the manufacture of sealant and adhesives ranging from silicones, Polyurethane, Acrylic, Ms Polymer, Rubber Adhesives, Specialty Sealants& Polyurethane foams in India.

Our new plant will be in north India spread over two hundred fifty thousand sqft of space with the total capacity of 30 million cartridges & total investment of approximately 15-20 million USD ( 80 to 100 crores ) spread over period of time.
